Enrico Tardocchi

Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the Catholic University of Milan, he began his career in 2000 in Accenture. In 2004 he joined Europ Assistance Italia where he held roles of increasing responsibility, first as Process Manager in the Operations and HR structures, and then joined the Sales & Marketing department where he currently holds the role of Product and Innovation Manager leading the development of product innovation in the various offer lines (Home & Family, Health, Auto, Travel). He completed his managerial training by earning an MBA from MIP – Milan Polytechnic.

“From Smart Home to Smart Care: offering valuable services in the IoT ecosystem”

One of the main challenge that companies will have to face for the development of the Smart Home market is that of offering services that allow the creation of value for the customer. This is why Europ Assistance has developed a new “We Connect” strategy to better respond to changes in the assistance sector and the possibilities created by new technologies. The goal is to make itself as a unique assistance hub and able to guarantee services at every stage of the customer journey.
